Throughout the design process we help you to understand design styles, architectural features, and how to get the most out of interior design budget. As a full service design firm our projects range from a new plot of land designing the home from the ground up to a fully decorated room in need of updated finishes and fixtures. In either case and for all in between we begin our work by familiarizing ourselves with your needs and goals.

We often schedule a visit at the parcel or your existing home to review current conditions, goals and expectations. Once we have established these parameters, we then discuss budget, expectations, time line, and all steps necessary to bring the project to completion.

We base our choices and designs on your expressed preferences for use of space, lifestyle, color and style and present them for your approval. After a furnishings design has been approved we issue a written proposal for all items including detailed descriptions of all items (size, color, finish etc.) and associated cost. Upon approved proposal we ask for a deposit on all items and we then initiate the ordering process. As soon as we receive all items for your project we begin the coordination and scheduling for the installation. A final invoice will then be issued for all goods to be installed.

After an architectural design such as a new construction plan or remodel design has been approved we will work with the appropriate professionals to put that design into reality.

During the entire process we are as involved as you wish us to be and as skilled project managers we ensure that all tasks and communications are handled efficiently. We work as a liaison between manufacturers, Contractors, Installers and clients on a daily basis. After we have met and hopefully exceeded your expectations for the completion of your project you will receive a final invoice for any remaining balance due including instillation and shipping costs. Or if you prefer as a courtesy we can include all costs in the initial proposal.
